Safety Partnership Agreement

On December 11, 2018, IDOL established a strategic health and safety partnership with the Associated General Contractors of Indiana (AGCI) and the constructors of Indiana, Inc. (ICI), which are recognized as Indiana Construction Safety Partners (ICSP). The agreement aims to promote the common objective of preventing occupational accidents. This national partnership is not a legal partnership, but a programme of cooperation. This partnership benefits both AGCI member companies and ICI, which work in Indiana`s construction industry and have demonstrated best practices in safety and health management. The Agreement contains a Code of Conduct which sets standards of business practice and ethical behaviour that will benefit each Member of the Community, Partner and Member. Scaled Agile wants to promote high standards for fair competition. The agreement also contains rules ensuring that Scaled Agile`s intellectual property (IP) is respected and protected. In addition to paying the fee to become a Scaled Agile Inc. partner, Scaled Agile requires all potential partners to sign a partnership agreement to formalize the agreement. Scaled Agile values its partners and sees them as an extension of Scaled Agile. When new partners sign the agreement, they begin to play a key role in the ecosystem and implement the scaled AgileĀ® framework (SAFeĀ®).
