Avianca United Agreement

At the time, airlines said they wanted to implement the agreements in 2020. “We are very pleased to have reached an agreement with Avianca Holdings on the terms of this facility,” said Roberto Kriete, President of Kingsland Holdings. “We look forward to the success of the company`s debt restructuring initiative and the cooperation with management to support the success of the Avianca 2021 plan.” The United spokesman said all discussions to amend Avianca`s other loans “are being conducted directly with the borrower.”
